Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday June 8, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Thomas E Bodiford, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Bodiford remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set. See also (5/24/2014)
Daphne Marie Coley, 36, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with shoplifting, criminal trespass (business), giving false information and failure to appear. Coley remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/10/2013)
Randal Kyle Guttery, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, following too closely, suspended license, reckless driving and probation violation. Guttery remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/22/2013)
Tyler Austin Hood, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without license on person, reckless driving, laying drag and driving on wrong side of the road. Hood was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,066. See also (2/28/2014)
