Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday June 7, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Clay Carlton Beatty, 39, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI by alcohol, driving on suspended license, hit and run, failure to maintain lane, two counts failure to notify owner upon striking fixture and driving on the wrong side of roadway. Beatty was released on 6/9 after posting property bonds totaling $9,100. See also (11/14/2013)

Charles Wade Blair, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Blair remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set. See also (6/27/2012)

Jody Lee Coalson, 52, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, serious injury by vehicle, hit and run and serious injury to person on bike. Coalson was released on 6/9 after posting property bonds totaling $14,600. See also (1/7/2012)

Brian Lee Guice, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Guice was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond. See also (4/24/2013)

Brandon Michael Harris, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Harris remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set. See also (5/9/2013)

Richard Russell Hendrix, 51, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with second degree burglary and second degree criminal damage to property. Hendrix remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $5,100 have been set. See also (5/4/2014)

Katherine Ann Holloway, 18, of Houston. TX was arrested and charged with under age possession of alcohol. Holloway was released the same day after posting a $1,000 property bond.

Rodger Ivey Dale Pointer, 21, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery. Pointer was released on 6/8 after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (5/29/2014)

Brian A Timms, 17, of Centre, AL was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Timms was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,200.

Jason Andrew Tucker, 38, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court, bond jumping and bail jumping. Tucker remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/2/2013)
