Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday June 30, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Tina Louise Dutton, 51, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Dutton remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/16/2014)

Christy Frazier, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Frazier was released on 7/1 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (4/3/2014)

Tyler Austin Hood, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of a firearm during the commission of crime and driving with no license on person. Hood was released on 7/1 after posting property bonds totaling $9,700. See also (6/8/2014)

Donnie Enath Lee, 41, of Silver Creek is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County authorities.

Jessie Louise Mitchell, 55, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and open container. Mitchell was released on 7/1 after posting property bonds totaling $1,900.

Steven Lloyd Mooney, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery. Bondsman came off previous bond. Mooney remains in custody at the time of this publication with property bonds totaling $5,440. See also (12/13/2013)

James Terrance Smith, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple assault. Smith was released on 7/1 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (8/25/2012)

John Daniel Smith, 27, of Blairsville was arrested and charged with driving without a license, pointing or aiming a gun at another, knowingly operating vehicle with cancelled registration, open container in vehicle and parole violation. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jose Valencia, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with no license and expired tag. Valencia was released on 7/2 after posting property bonds totaling $1,560.

Brittany Marie Ware, 28, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Ware was released on 7/2 after posting property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (6/4/2014)
