Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday June 27, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Wendy Sabrina Ballard, 42, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Ballard was released on 6/30 after posting $605 cash. See also (12/21/2013)

Carrie Leigh Craft, 37, of Rockmart was arrested in Rome and charged with shoplifting.

Brandy R Bradford, 35, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Bradford remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Weldon Lee Easterwood, 34, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Easterwood remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/13/2013)

James Larry Elrod, 25, of Winder was arrested and charged with giving false information and a felony warrant for parole violation. Elrod remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/13/2014)

Dana Shae Gipson, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol combination, driving while license suspended and cancelled registration. Gipson was released on 6/29 after posting property bonds totaling $3,600. See also (9/5/2013)

Christopher Scott Kato, 40, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated stalking. Kato remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Stephen Ray Pence, 42, of Aragon was arrested on a Superior Court bench warrant and a bond drop on original charges of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Pence was released on 6/28 after posting property bonds totaling $31,300. See also (12/27/2011)

Aaron Colton Puckett, 19, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (Bee-Rite robbery)(10/12/2012)

Bradley Dewayne Welchel, 20, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (Bee-Rite robbery) (10/11/2012) (under-age alcohol party)
