Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday June 26, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Duane Larue Cooper, 46, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed. Cooper was released on 6/27 after posting a $1,610 property bond. See also (3/30/2014)

Tony Lee Deems, 48, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Deems was released on 6/27 after posting a $500 property bond.

James Wendall Ely, 47, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with DUI. See also (6/17/2012)

Christopher Eric Graham, 20, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Graham was released on 6/27 after posting a $1,600 property bond. See also (8/16/2013)

Jeffery Neal Hammonds, 27, of Rockmart was arrested for violation terms of good behavior bond. Hammonds was released the same day after posting a $500 cash bond.

LB Watson Hill III, 37, of Temple was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of schedule IV drug,possession of tools used for the commission of crime, drugs not in original container, possession of drug related object and misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Hill remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Ricky Scott Lee, 33, of Rockmart is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (4/8/2011)

Jeremy Brent Maulding, 30, of Rockmart is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. Maulding remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/22/2014)

Donald Eugene Nichols, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion and theft by deception. Nichols was released on 6/27 after posting property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (5/8/2014)

Jason Lamar Proctor, 24, of Aragon was arrested for violation good behavior bond. Proctor was released on 6/28 after posting a $500 cash bond.

Harrison Allen Wisener, 39, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license. Wisener was released the same day after posting a $2,000 property bond. See also (2/13/2010)
