Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday June 25, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Justin Kyle Ballew, 25, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Ballew remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/3/2013)

William Shane Beck, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Beck remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Macy Renee James, 20, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree forgery. James remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/8/2014)

Edna Ramirez, 46, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed, no insurance and suspended registration. Ramirez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,930.

Lamar Jerome Seay, 25, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County on US 27 South and charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding.
