Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday June 23, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. Robert Farmer, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failure to obey stop sign and failure to report striking fixture. Farmer remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/20/2013)
Richard Paul Harmon, 22, of Toccoa was arrested on a superior court bench warrant. Harmon remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/7/2011)
James Francis Heck, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Heck was released on 6/24 after posting a $440 property bond.
Ralph Kinte Knight, 37, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Knight remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/8/2011)
Christopher Alan Mobbs, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Mobbs remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/18/2014)
Thomas Spencer Pierce, 28, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). See also (3/12/2013)
Vivian Irene Pierce, 50, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Pierce was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.
Jamy Lynn Pinkard, 39, of Aragon was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Pinkard remains in custody at the time of this publication.Property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set. See also (2/9/2014)
Gregory Sanders, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and criminal trespass. Sanders was released on 6/25 after posting property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (5/26/2014)
