Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday June 21, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Wendy Soto Alvarez, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. Alvarez was released the same day after posting cash bonds totaling $790.

William Howard Hainds, 43, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Hainds was released the same day after posting a $1,610 property bond. See also (1/5/2012)

Lamon Steve Hooper, 60, of Bremen was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in Superior Court. Hooper remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/12/2012)

Daniel Paul Martin, 34, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear in Superior Court. Martin remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/29/2013)

Serapio Daniel Ramirez, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and a head light violation. Ramirez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,580. See also (9/11/2009) (1/22/2010)

Juan Christopher Rocha, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by deception. Rocha was released on 6/19 after posting property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (2/20/2014)

Robert Lee Shepherd, 31, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Shepherd remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bonds has been set.

Franklin Delano Snyder Jr., 46, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with DUI and no seat belt. Snyder was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,642.
