Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday June 17, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Chase Dayterrian Benham, 21, of Rockmart was sentenced to 10 years in state prison. See also (6/10/2013)

James Clyde Cawood Jr., 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and manufacturing marijuana. Cawood was released on 6/19 after posting property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (arrest details)

Sam Daniel, 54, of Dalton is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.

Jackson David Gamble, 20, of Taylorsville was sentenced to 10 years in state prison. See also (6/10/2013)

Roshanda Hodges, 50, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Hodges was released the same day after posting a $250 cash fine. See also (4/15/2012)

Alicia Dawn Kelly, 31, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with possession of meth and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Kelly remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $7,600 have been set. See also (5/28/2014)

Crystal Leatherwood, 37, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Leatherwood was released on 6/19 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (4/23/2012)

Ricky David Lee, 54, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and manufacturing marijuana. Lee was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (arrest details)

Rachel Mae Padgett, 31, of Rockmart is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court date. See also (5/10/2013)

Kelsey Pennington, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Pennington was released on 6/19 after posting property a $1,100 property bond.

Drexel Ray Roberts, 57, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Roberts was released on 6/18 after paying $215 cash. See also (1/11/2013)

Juan Christopher Rocha, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with obstruction, failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions and defective equipment. Rocha was released on 6/19 after posting property bonds totaling $5,100. See also (2/20/2014)

April Dawn Thompson, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license and expired driver's license. Thompson was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,190. See also (6/12/2014)
