Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday June 16, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Happie Erin Atkinson, 40, of Flovilla was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Atkinson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $335 cash fine has been set.

Ronica Sue Bailey Blair, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with felony theft by taking, deposit account fraud and violation terms of drug court. Blair remains in custody at the time of this publication.

David Easterwood, 65, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, failure to maintain lane, driving on sidewalk and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. easterwood was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,616. See also (7/4/2012)

Andrew Wayne Gentry, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, tampering with evidence, no license on person, no seat belt and a stop sign violation. Gentry was released on 6/17 after posting property bonds totaling $5,600. See also (12/24/2013)

Juan Luis Gonzalez Herrojon, 28, of Carrollton was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding. Herrojon was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,790.

Daniel L Jarrell, 34, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for child support recovery. Jarrell remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/18/2013)

Jessica Marshea Moss King, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for violating drug court terms. King remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/2/2013)

Brandon Joe Mashburn, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding. Mashburn remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $1,580 have been set. See also (5/22/2014)

Rachel Mae Padgett, 31, of Rockmart is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. See also (5/10/2013)

Kenneth Reeves Jr., 27, of Rockmart was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in superior court and probation violation. Reeves remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/8/2013)

Roger Timothy Waldron, 50, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Waldron remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,100 property bond has been set.

William Todd Womack, 48, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for child support. Womack was released on 6/17 per court order issued by Judge Sutton. See also (6/4/2014)
