Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday June 15, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Brenda Marie Aguirre, 30, of Summerville is currently housed for Chattooga County where she is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. Aguirre remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,500 property bond has been set.

Debra Elaine Brown, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Brown was released on 6/16 after posting a $300 property bond. See also (9/28/2013)

Taylor Marie Cason, 21, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Cason remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $125 cash bond has been set. See also (5/4/2014)

Dameon Raheem Davenport, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Davenport remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set. See also (10/6/2011)

Tammy Delane Dodd, 46, of Lindale was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of roadway and probation violation. Dodd remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Treasie Pastilile Eggerichs, 39, of Trion is currently housed for Chattooga County where she is charged with felony possession of meth, hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal and probation violation. Eggerichs remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Samantha Ann Harvey, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with false report of a crime. Harvey was released ROR on 6/16. See also (6/2/2014)

Renee Michelle King, 29, of Trion is currently housed for Chattooga County where she is charged with hindering the apprehension or punishment of a criminal. King remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.

Tina Marie Greathouse Kuhl, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with giving false information to law enforcement officers and warrants for Spalding County and Henry County. Kuhn was released from the Polk County jail and is currently incarcerated at the Henry County jail for two counts probation violation.

Michael Bradley Rainey, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Rainey was released on 6/16 after posting a $1,000 property bond. See also (10/30/2012)

Chyna Aubre Stocks, 25, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Stocks was released on 6/16 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (8/9/2012)

Michele Yvonne Treadwell, 37, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Treadwell was released on 6/17 after posting a $1,000 property bond.

Jessica Louise Williams, 32, of Aragon was arrested on warrants for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court and failure to appear in superior court. Williams remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/29/2013)

Barbara Jean Wilson, 40, of Summerville is currently housed for Chattooga County where she is charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, giving false information to law enforcement officers and probation violation. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication.
