Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday June 14, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.
Rachel Edmond, 26, of Hiram was arrested and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property, driving on a suspended license and operation of an unregistered vehicle. Edmond remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set.
Arthur Thomas Horton, 62, of Rome was arrested and charged with DUI and no valid tag. Horton was released on 6/15 after posting property bonds totaling $2,610. See also (5/31/2014)
Ashley Annell Jones, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane and driving with no license on person. Jones was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,818.
William Michael Kay, 22, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Kay remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $485 cash bond has been set. See also (4/11/2014)
Mario Reynoso Perez, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to maintain lane. Perez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,560. See also (4/8/2013)
Jamie Ray Russell, 37, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Russell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,600 property bond has been set.
Maria Segura, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and no brake lights or working turn signals. Segura was released on 6/15 after posting property bonds totaling $1,580. See also (1/26/2013)
