Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday June 13, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Tabatha Sue Agan, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Floyd County for probation violation. Agan remains in custody of the Floyd County Detention Center at the time of this publication. See also (11/30/2011)
David Manuel Dewberry, 32, of Cedartown, was arrested in Bartow County and charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce. Dewberry remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Billy Jamon Flemister, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), obstruction and a superior court bench warrant. Flemister remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (4/24/2014)
Christopher Chapel Floyd, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (0.8 grams or more), open alcohol container and a tail light violation. Floyd was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,052.
Zachary Allen Guyton, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Guyton remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication.
Tabitha Najarro, 30, of Norcross was arrested on a warrant out of Bartow County for trafficking methamphetamine.
Amanda Kay Weber, 28, of Cedartown, was arrested in Bartow County and charged with possession of marijuana less than one ounce, driving while tag is suspended, DUI and trafficking meth. Weber remains in custody at the time of this publication.
