Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday June 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Mitchell Bright, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license, failure to notify owner upon striking fixed object, failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions, three counts criminal trespass and one count false imprisonment. Bright remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $7,100 have been set. See also (arrest details)

Drexter Eugene Chubb, 30, of Cedartown is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court. Chubb remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/10/2014)

Jonathon William Ferrell, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of drug related object, possession of a firearm during a crime, obstruction, fleeing/attempting to elude, no seat belt and possession of tools used for the commission of a crime. Ferrell remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $8,600. See also (4/1/2013)

Tyler Austin Pennington, 19, of Douglasville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Pennington was released the same day after paying $368 cash.

April Michelle Reitz, 33, of Rockmart was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Reitz remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set.

Barbara Lee Sherbert, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with false report of a crime, interference with 911 call and obstruction. Sherbert was released on 6/12 after posting property bonds totaling $2,600. See also (arrest details) (4/12/2011)

Arthur Stephens, 64, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for felony deposit account fraud. Stephens was released the same day after posting a $4,911 property bond.

Donna Faye Taylor, 44, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with obstruction and a warrant for probation violation. Taylor remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Joshua Wayne Watson, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Watson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/1/2013)

Mia Shambrille Williams, 32, of Rockmart was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in probate court. Williams was released after paying $250 cash. See also (5/19/2010)

Harley Michelle Wooten, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and third degree cruelty to children. Wooten was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (6/3/2014)
