Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday June 1, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Demetrius Eugene Darden, 37, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Darden remains in custody at the time of this publication. (8/13/2011)
Camerino Hernandez-Barrerra, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with unlicensed driver and following too closely. Hernandez-Barrerra was released on 6/2 after paying $590 cash.
Arthur Franklin Hudgins, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Hudgins remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Shelvair Shumere Mitchell, 24, of Carrollton was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Mitchell was released on 6/1 after posting a $260 cash bond.
Dewayne Scott Walter, 42, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Walter was released on 6/2 after posting a $380 cash bond. See also (7/12/2011)
A.C. Wilson , 76, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI-drugs (less safe) and failure to yield the right of way. Wilson was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,700.
