Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday July 8, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Michael Jacob Endsley, 20, of Powder Springs was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Endsley was released the same day after paying a $125 cash fine. See also (3/23/2014)
Amber League, 26, of Aragon was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and following too closely. League was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,190.
Crystal Nicole Locklear, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and reckless conduct. Locklear remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.
Kandis Leighann Martin, 22, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Martin was released the same day after paying a $215 cash fine.
Brandon Stephen Massey, 31, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for child support. Massey was released the same day per court order. See also (3/31/2014)
Lisa Lucinda Morrison, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, criminal trespass and giving false name and date of birth. Morrison remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three cash bonds totaling $616.50 have been set. See also (7/17/2013)
Rubio Tito-Lopez Rivera, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of an altered/fictitious driver's license, driving while unlicensed and first degree forgery. Rivera remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $7,100 have been set.
Nicole Lyn Rose, 31, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects, second degree cruelty to children and reckless conduct. Rose remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $8,100 have been set.
Amy Jossette Tanner, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless conduct.
Mark Jason Williams, 40, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, aggravated stalking and disorderly conduct. Williams remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (7/1/2014)
