Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday July 6, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

William Keith Bragg, 55, of Buchanan was arrested on a probation violation warrant for Bartow County. See also (9/6/2012)

Cecily Dawn Pope, 38, of Aragon was arrested in Floyd County and charged with expired license, no insurance, knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration, faikure to yield and altered or improperly transferred tag. See also (12/6/2009)

Larry Earl Ruff, 50, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Ruff was released the same day after posting a $440 property bond. See also (3/8/2014)

Frances Lapeaches Springer, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. See also (6/19/2013)

Marieo Shauntoyas Sims, 32, of was arrested and charged with kidnapping under the Family Violence Act (FVA), battery (FVA), false imprisonment (FVA), aggravated stalking (FVA), terroristic threats and acts (FVA), third degree cruelty to children (FVA), criminal trespass and five counts obstruction of an officer.
