Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday July 5, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Alfredo Esteban Esteban, 45, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA), simple assault (FVA), battery (FVA), two counts third degree cruelty to children and obstruction of an officer. Esteban was released on 7/7 after posting property bonds totaling $9,100. See also (5/4/2014)

Jason Lee Gable, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, driving with no license on person, failure to change address on driver's license and vehicle or load dragged on highway. Gable was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,966. See also (5/8/2014)

Michael Anthony Hall, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with battery (FVA), third degree cruelty to children and reckless conduct. Hall was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,100.

Samantha Ann Harvey, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of drug related objects and two warrants for failure to appear in superior court. Harvey remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/2/2014)

Damon Leon Morris, 39, of Cedartown was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. Morris remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/11/2013)

Matthew Thomas Ryll, 38, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting and obstruction of law enforcement. Ryll remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set.

Kenneth Marvin Tudor, 54, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (2nd offense), passing in a no passing zone, driving while license suspended and probation violation. Tudor remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/28/2012)
