Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday July 30, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Katie Lorraine Brown, 29, of Chickamauga is currently housed at the Polk County jail for the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office.
Tina Louise Horner, 42, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a drug related object. Horner remains in custody at the time of this publication. Cash only bonds totaling $1,133.50 have been set.
Amanda Jackson, 38, of Cedartown was sentenced and remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Jamie Ray Russell, 37, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Russell remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (6/1/2014)
Neely Seery Vaughn, 39, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of a drug related object. Vaughn was released on 7/31 after posting cash bonds totaling $1,133.50.
Randy Len Warren, 56, of Armuchee was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report accident with damage and driving too fast for conditions. Warren remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $2,000 and cash bonds totaling $1,133.50 have been set.
