Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday July 3, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Megan Kathleen Chastain, 23, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. See also (3/8/2014)
Dallas Dewayne Harrell, 49, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
Harrison Hayes, 48, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with two counts party to a crime of theft by shoplifting. Hayes was released on 7/5 after posting property bonds totaling $2,100.
Victoria Fields House, 20, of Cummings was arrested and charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related object. House was released on 7/7 after posting property bonds totaling $3,100.
William Wesley Johnson, 56, of Rockmart was arrested DUI and failure to appear. Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $1,825 have been set. See also (3/11/2013)
Mathey Ladell Smith, 50, of Cedartown was booked into the Floyd County jail after being returned from work release program on a probation warrant. See also (4/17/2014)
Tye Christian Trimble, 40, of Cummings was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related object, attempting to elude, failure to maintain lane. improper use of central lane, passing in a no passing zone,too fast for conditions, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report accident with damage, driving within median, failure to signal lane change, driving on suspended license, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and speeding. Trimble remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.
Tommy Edward Scofield, 71, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving with suspended tag and driving while license withdrawn. Scofield was released on 7/4 after posting property bonds totaling $3,400.
