Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday July 29, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Billy Wayne Hooper Jr., 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and probation violation. Hooper remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/23/2014)

Kevin Lee Kines, 20, of Silver Creek was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Kines was released the same day after paying a $600 cash bond. See also (5/7/2014)

Ana Lopez, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed, speeding, expired registration and removing or affixing license plate to misrepresent. Lopez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,940.

Jonathan Louis Southerland, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Southerland was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,100.

Ryan Keith Westmoreland, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of meth, failure to yield while entering roadway and riding on roadways and bicycle paths. Westmoreland remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/8/2013)
