Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday July 26, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Davon Marquis Burks, 20, of Griffin was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of two counts theft by taking. Burks remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Donald J Dishong, 63, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to yield when turning left. Dishong was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,762.
Joshua Glenn Hunter, 26, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling. Hunter was released on 7/27 after posting a $205.50 cash bond. See also (1/27/2014)
Hector Arnoldo Juarez, 24, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to yield while turning left. Juarez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,380.
Kristopher R Macfalda, 29, of Oklahoma, OK was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Macfalda was released the same day after paying a $755 cash bond.
Beverly Dawn Reed, 42, of Lindale was arrested and charged with theft by taking. Reed was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (6/9/2014)
