Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday July 22, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Joe Henry Binion, 31, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts. Binion remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,100 property bond has been set.

Elaine James, 52, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI (less safe), failure to maintain lane, driving on a suspended license and broken windshield. James was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,190.

Kenneth Martez Johnson, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and suspended tag. Johnson was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,220.

Ricky Landrum, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction and theft by receiving stolen property. Landrum remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $15,100 have been set. See also (11/21/2013)

Tracy Dawn Landrum, 47, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction. Landrum remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Leobardo Vicente Lopez Mendez, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and a brake light violation. Mendez was placed on a 48 hour hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Misty Lee Womack, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and sale of methamphetamine. Womack remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.
