Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Sunday July 20, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

Joseph Clayton Earwood, 17, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with burglary. Earwood was released on 7/22 after posting a $5,100 property bond.
Amanda Lee Hahn, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children. Hahn remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $5,100 have been set. See also (6/28/2014)
Travis Terrell Pace, 25, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with DUI (2nd offense), running a read light and failure to maintain lane. Pace was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,360 have been set.
Lorenzo Tolbert Jr., 34, of Dalton was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Tolbert remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/11/2013)
Kiara Marie White, 18, of Aragon was arrested and charged with aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). White remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $3,100 property bond has been set.
Edward Denard Wilson, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Wilson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/7/2014)
