Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday July 2, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Johnny Max Brown, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunkenness. Brown was released the same day after posting a $270/$135 cash bond. See also (10/8/2011)

Aaron Davis, 34, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving an unsafe vehicle and driving while license suspended. Davis was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,580.

James Clayton Earle, 57, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. Earle remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/25/2014)

Rodney Alonzo Gage, 49, of Modesto, CA was arrested on a warrant out of Fulton County.

Ronald Steve Garner, 32, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, felony theft by taking, driving while license suspended and failure to maintain lane. Garner remains in custody at the time of this pulication. Property bonds totaling $7,000 have been set.

Wesley Wayne Shanks, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion. Shanks was released on 7/3 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (3/1/2014)

Joe Lee Stocks, 45, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (1/21/2013)

Jared Levi Swindall, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession and use of drug related objects and violation of bond conditions. Swindall remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (6/20/2014)

Joseph Daniel Terry, 30, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Terry remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (5/20/2011)
