Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday July 19, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Tommie Bledsoe, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Bledsoe was released the same day after posting a $300 property/$150 cash bond.

Reuben Douglas Burge, 42, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support and a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Burge remains in custody at the time of this publication. Graham remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/27/2014)

Joshua Wayne Graham, 29, of Rockmart was arrested on warrants for child support and failure to appear in superior court. See also (1/1/2012)

Melisa Jean Harris, 42, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence and open container in vehicle. Harris was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,100.

Harrison Hayes, 48, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Hayes was released on 7/21 after posting property a $300 property/$150 cash bond. See also (7/3/2014)

Ethan James Heinrich, 24, of Piedmont, AL was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, suspended license, failure to maintain lane and operating restrictions for off road vehicles. Heinrich was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,820. See also (3/15/2013)

Jesse D Jackson, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction. Jackson remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $4,100 have been set. See also (5/16/2014)

James Paul Morris Jr., 37, of Buchanan was arrested and charged with possession of meth, manufacturing marijuana and manufacturing meth and conspiracy to manufacture meth. Morris remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/14/2012)

Christopher Shannon Nix, 24, of Bremen was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Nix remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Ever Romulo Perez, 22, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with no license and failure to yield. Perez was released the same day after posting bond. See also (12/2/2011)

Stephen Lawrence Pless, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery, obstruction of an officer and obstruction of emergency medical personnel. Pless remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $7500 have been set. See also (10/6/2013)

Steve Rogers, 59, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended. Rogers was released the same day after posting a $2,000 property bond. See also (5/5/2014)
