Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday July 17, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Anthony Mark Ferguson, 36, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with felony theft by shoplifting. Ferguson was released on 7/18 after posting a $2,100 property bond.

Brantley Edward Folsom, 38, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, giving false information and expired tag/decal. Folsom remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $3,230 have been set. See also (8/13/2013)

Marquez Javon Ware, 26, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Ware remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/5/2014)

Kendall Ladwon White, 22, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn. White was released the same day after posting a $1,200 property bond. See also (4/18/2014)
