Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday July 16, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Caytlin Corin Delgado, 18, of Cave Spring was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Delgado was released on 7/17 after paying $545 cash.

Sammy Dean Haney, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. Haney remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (3/7/2014)

Gregory Johnathan Harris, 41, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property. Harris was released on 7/17 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (11/11/2011)

Melissa Ann Jordan, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Jordan was released the same day after posting a $300 property/$150 cash bond. See also (6/6/2014)

Brandon Trey Malone, 21, of Marietta was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug related object, no license on person, failure to maintain lane and a seat belt violation. Malone was released on 7/17 after posting property bonds totaling $2,700.

Steven Michael Nation, 22, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Nation remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/20/2010)

John David Neuenschwander, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a probation hold. See also (4/9/2014)

Jeff Harrison Pope, 46, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Pope was released on 7/17 after posting an $800 property bond. See also (5/20/2014)

George Edward Prince, 49, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act and terroristic threats and acts. Prince remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set. See also (8/6/2013)

Abraim Ramez, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA)and aggravated assault (FVA). Ramez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $7,100 have been set.

Monques Gmond Wansley, 26, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant out of Michigan. Wansley remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Whitney Tonet Ware, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Ware was released the same day after posting a $300 property bond. See also (11/8/2013)
