Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday July 14, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

James Bowden, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor deposit account fraud. Bowden was released on 7/16 after paying $299.31 cash.

Joseph Dobbs, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with first degree cruelty to children, simple assault and obstruction. Dobbs was released on 7/15 after posting property bonds totaling $15,100.

Craig Easterwood, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion. Easterwood was released the same day after posting a $3,600 property bond.

Hector Garcia, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license and improper lane change. Garcia was released on 7/15 after posting property bonds totaling $3,360. See also (5/4/2013)

Anthony Marks, 35, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with filing a false report of a crime. Marks was released on 7/16 after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (5/14/2014)

Kimberly Mae McDaniel, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Superior Court. McDaniel remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/9/2014)

Marshall Dwayne Moore, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with fourth degree forgery and theft by deception. Moore was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $4,100.

Shirley Oliver Parker, 55, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Parker was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond. See also (3/26/2011)

James Anthony Redwine, 60, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Redwine was released on 7/15 after paying $367.50 to Intertech probation. See also (10/30/2013)

German Ubaldo Sandoval, 51, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with two counts simple battery with one count falling under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Sandoval was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (2/5/2010)

Wesley Wayne Shanks, 28, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with aggravated assult under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and obstruction of law enforcement. Shanks remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (7/2/2014)

Michael Dewitt Stephens, 47, of Moody, AL was arrested and charged with public drunk. Stephens was released on 7/15 after posting a $440 property /$220 cash bond.
