Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday July 12, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Jose A Banuelos-Hernandez, 29, of LaGrange was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding. Banuelos-Hernandez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,640.

Jerimy Allen Chavez, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and simple assault. Chavez remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/16/2014)

Jonathan Cody Cheeks, 21, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Cheeks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/24/2013)

Christopher Alexander Collom, 33, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of meth, possession of Klonopin and possession of a controlled substance within 1000 ft of housing authority. Collom remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $30,100 have been set. Property bonds totaling $5,100 have been set. See also (9/23/2012)

Misty Shae Hamrick, 35, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of meth and possession of a drug related object. Hamrick remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/4/2010)

Clinton Ladell Haynes, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI by refusal, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while unlicensed, expired registration, no insurance, resisting arrest and failure to obey stop sign. Haynes was released on 7/14 after posting property bonds totaling $4,850 have been set. See also (2/7/2013)

Jimmy Lee Kimbrell, 41, of Cedartown was sentenced. See also (5/3/2014)

Jason Dale Luttrell, 38, of Dallas was arrested and charged with DUI by refusal, open container and failure to obey stop sign. Luttrell was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,360.

Crystal Lynn Shelton, 22, of Menlo is currently housed at the Polk County jail for the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office.

Amanda Leanne Simmons, 24, of Rome is currently housed at the Polk County jail for the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office.

Bobby Jack Smith, 41, of Dallas was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Smith remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,000 property bond has been set.

Melashia Nicole Woodall, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Woodall was released on 7/13 after posting a $300 property/$150 cash bond. See also (8/17/2011)
