Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Friday July 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Kameron Wade Baker, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, giving false information, driving an unsafe vehicle and second offense for non-licensed driver. Baker was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $3,450. See also (2/26/2014)

Brandon Kyrie Brown, 30, of Cedartown was arrested on pending Superior Court on original charges of theft by receiving stolen property and 6 counts financial transaction card fraud. Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/10/2013)

Ashley Rebecca Cook, 25, of Lawrenceville was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and reckless conduct with auto. Cook remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $1,770 have been set. See also (7/7/2014)

Jennifer Ann Graham-Deaton, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Graham-Deaton was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (9/24/2011)

Brenda Lee Jester, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs (DUI), failure to maintain lane and driving on the wrong side of roadway. Jester was released on 7/12 after posting property bonds totaling $1,100.

Elisha Johnson, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with truancy and a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Johnson was released on 7/13 after posting cash bonds totaling $616.50.

Constance Tasawanya Kirby, 27, of Summerville is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County Sheriff's Office.

April Lynn Kirk, 34, of Trion is currently housed at the Polk County jail for Chattooga County Sheriff's Office.

Lucrete Shea Mashburn, 36, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Mashburn remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/22/2013)

Brandon Danielle Morgan, 27, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and suspended registration. Morgan was released the same day after posting property bond totaling $3,500. See also (8/26/2012)

Steve Puckett, 59, of Cedartown was arrested on warrants for two counts failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Puckett was released on 7/12 after posting cash bonds totaling $1,255.

Oscar Quintanilla Jr., 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving with no license and leaving the scene of an accident. Quintanilla was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $2,200.

Delfino Tomas Ramirez, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to stop for stop sign. Ramirez was released the same day after posting property bonds totaling $1,560.

Richard Thomas Trahan, 21, of Sheridan, AK was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license and disregarding red light. Trahan remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $1,100 have been set.
