Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday July 10, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Sheriff's Office located in the county of the arrest.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Joshua Lee Barnes, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of tools used for the commission of crime, possession of drug related objects, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of crime and obstruction. Barnes remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $20,100 have been set. See also (11/24/2013)

Andrew Doyal Bright, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with escape and probation violation. Bright remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Kyrie Torrance Brown, 20, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine. Brown remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $4,100 property bond has been set. See also (9/6/2013)

Lewis Shane Hogan, 41, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Hogan remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (3/4/2014)

Aaron Hugh Jacobo, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with shoplifting and fourth degree forgery. Jacobo remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set. See also (10/16/2012)

Jessica Moss King, 32, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for violation of drug court. King remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/16/2014)

Letha Jackson McBurnett, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug related objects and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. McBurnett was released on 7/12 after posting property bonds totaling $5,100.

Salvador E Rivas, 46, of Calhoun was arrested and charged with selling controlled substances and sales and possession of dangerous drugs. Rivas was released on 7/11 after posting property bonds totaling $20,100.

Faith Amber Robinson, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Robinson was released the same day after posting a $616.50 cash fine.

Ashley Stone, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant out of Rockdale County.

James Mitchell Strickland, 35, of Cartersville was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding. Strickland was released on 7/11 after posting property bonds totaling $1,840.
