Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday January 7, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

James Cody Anderson, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with carrying a firearm without a permit and carrying a concealed weapon. Anderson was released on 1/8 after posting two cash bonds totaling $411.

Justin Ballew, 24, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Ballew remains in custody at the time of this publication. Damon Allen Blevins, 21, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with pills not in original container and possession of drug related objects. Blevins remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two cash bonds totaling $411 have been set. See also (12/15/2013) (11/2/2011)

Jessie Ray Haddock, 22, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court and probation violation. Haddock remains in custody at the time of this publication. Brandon Rachad Henderson, 32, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with two counts simple battery and two felony counts obstruction of a police officer. Henderson was released the same day after posting four property bonds totaling $4,100.

Joshua Glenn Hunter, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Rome City police and charged with driving under the influence of drugs. See also (7/22/2013) (5/18/2010)

Amy Sherelle Ingle, 37, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for parole violation. Ingle remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/23/2013) (9/21/2012) (3/12/2012) (12/11/2011) (7/14/2010)

Brandon Tracey Ingle, 18, of Aragon was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and possession of a drug related object. Ingle remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jimmy Jessie Ingram, 30, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Ingram remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Angela Johnson, 37, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by conversion. Johnson was released on 1/9 after posting an $1,100 property bond.

James Michael Johnson, 49, of Aragon was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/24/2012) (5/4/2011)

Adrien Ryan Langham, 30, of Rome was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting. Langham was released on 1/9 after posting a $2,100 property bond.

John Samuel Roberson III, 23, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, no insurance and cancelled tag. Roberson was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $4,250.

David Cole Sharpe, 18, of Taylorsville was arrested and charged with felony theft by shoplifting. Sharpe was released on 1/9 after posting a $2,100 property bond.

William H Stover III, 31, of White is currently housed at the Polk County jail for court date. See also (2/20/2012)
