Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday January 4, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Kameron Wade Baker, 18, of Aragon was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Baker was released the same day after posting a $1,400 property bond. See also (10/19/2013)

Stephen P Brown, 47, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Baker was released the same day after paying $355.50 cash.

William Allen Brown, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, DUI refusal and running a red light. Brown was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $2,150.

Megan Ines Garcia, 22, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Garcia was released the same day after paying a $290 cash fine.

Gerald Travis Gilbert, 21, of Powder Springs was arrested by DNR Officer Grey and charged with hunting without a license, driving in an unauthorized area (wildlife management area), hunting without a WMA license and possession of meth. Gilbert remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set.

Glen Hargrove, 40, of Cedartown was arrested on warrants for two counts deposit account fraud. Hargrove was released the same day after paying $824.84 cash.

Andrea Ann McAlister, 28, of Cedartown was housed at the Polk County jail for Floyd County authorities. See also (8/22/2013) (9/20/2012) (2/23/2011) (4/5/2010)

John Allen Roberts, 58, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with DUI, drugs not in original container and failure to drive within single lane. Roberts was released on 1/6 after posting three property bonds totaling $5,100.

Eric Leon Stocks Sr., 51, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and felony probation violation. Stocks remains in custody at the time of this publication.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
