Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Thursday January 30, 2014. Everette Lee Akers, 37, of Lindale was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance, using a cell phone to facilitate a drug transaction and distribution of a controlled substance. Akers remains in custody at the time of this publication. $16,700

Keary Lamar Clemons, 41, of Atlanta was arrested and charged with third degree forgery. Clemons remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,600 property bond has been set.

Michael Anthony Thimesch, 24, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Thimesch remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $215 cash bond has been set.
