The following individual was arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Johnathan Adam Short, 22, of Aragon was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Short was released on 1/31 after posting two property bonds totaling $3,600.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
