Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday January 28, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Richard Evan Arnold, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. Arnold was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Taylor Marie Cason, 20, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with first degree forgery and two counts theft by taking. Cason was released on 1/30 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,200. See also (4/23/2013) (6/4/2010) (6/1/2010)

Daniel Blake Cook, 20, of Aragon was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. Cook was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Kody Ean Fennell, 19, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. Fennell was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Dustin David Hood, 18, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Hood was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Nicholas Howell, 34, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Howell remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/21/2013)

Jacob Allen Oxenreider, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. Oxenreider was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Andrew Steven Rice, 19, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor. Rice was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Thomas Bartlett Rice, 18, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. Rice was released the same day after posting a $205.50 cash bond.

Randy Lee Richardson, 52, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. Richardson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/5/2013) (7/9/2010)

Dustin McClain Ward, 29, of Aragon was arrested and charged with kidnapping, theft by extortion, terroristic threats and acts and aggravated assault. Ward remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication.
