Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday January 27, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Anthony Ray Coley, 55, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Coley was released on 1/18 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Kathy Marlene Coley, 54, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Coley was released on 1/28 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Kayla Lynne Gaytan, 29, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Gaytan was released on 1/30 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100. See also (12/19/2013) (11/7/2013)

Robert K Hamilton, 27, of Rockmart was sentenced.

Harley Nyoka Jarrell, 44, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal trespass. Jarrell was released on 1/30 after posting two property bonds totaling $6,100.

James Edward Mathis, 53, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with obstruction and a felony warrant for parole violation. Mathis remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/18/2013) (10/8/2012) (4/11/2012) (3/3/2012) (7/3/2010) (Polk County man facing rape charges)

Felicia Gail Neal, 47, of Fayetteville was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Neal remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (7/8/2011) (2/6/2010)

Ronald J Summerville Jr., 44, of Aragon was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container in vehicle. Summerville was released on 1/29 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,052.

Kenneth Whaley, 41, of Rome was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Whaley was released the same day after posting a $928 cash bond.

All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
