Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday January 25, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following individuals were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Cecil Calvin Bishop, 40, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with resisting arrest. See also (prescription fraud) (3/7/2013) (2/21/2013) (5/25/2012)

Jeremy Ryan Powell, 27, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with felony second degree burglary. Powell remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (2/2/2010)

Kacey Michelle Roesch, 22, of Aragon was arrested in Rome and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.

Jeffery Lynn Simerly, 47, of Calhoun was arrested and charged with driving without a valid license and possession of an open alcohol container. Simerly remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $9,280 have been set.

William Drew Sindorf, 25, of Lindale was arrested in Floyd County and charged with vandalism to a place of worship, first degree burglary, second degree criminal damage to property and felony obstruction of an officer. See also (10/3/2013)
