Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Tuesday January 14, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Monica Lashay Alford, 44, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court and two counts child safety belt violations. Alford was released on 1/15 after posting two property bonds totaling $400 and one cash $215 cash bond. See also (10/11/2013) (4/7/2013) (1/10/2013)

Reuben Douglas Burge, 41, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and loud music. Burge was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,760.

Edwin Ray Cook, 48, of Cartersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in magistrate court. Cook remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (4/24/2013) (5/4/2011)

Donald Jay Gamel, 34, of Rockmart was arrested in Rome and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. See also (10/13/2013) (1/11/2012)

Joshua Kyle Goldin, 24, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with false imprisonment under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and simple battery (FVA). Goldin remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.

Misty Renee Jackson, 40, of Carrollton was arrested on a 48 hour probation hold. Jackson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/26/2013) (9/17/2012)

Lewis Charles McClarity, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. See also (9/26/2011) (8/26/2010) (6/3/2010) (3/15/2010) (3/4/2010)

Eddie McLuskey, 22, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. McLuskey remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jessica Lynn Moss, 22, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County and charged with two counts simple assault, one count disorderly conduct and felony obstruction of an officer.

Heath Partlow, 42, of Dalton is currently housed at the Polk County jail for U.S. Marshals.

Tim Eugene Pendley, 55, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Pendley remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $220 cash bond has been set. See also (1/2/2014) (10/14/2013) (4/18/2011) (2/6/2011) (2/17/2010)

Geronimo Ramirez Perez, 31, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. Perez was released on 1/16 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,560.

Christie Robinson, 38, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County on warrants for deposit account fraud.

Andrea Nekeisha Sims, 24, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Sims remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $624 cash bond has been set. See also (4/26/2013) (3/13/2012)
