Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Monday January 13, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Barbara Lynn Arevalo, 24, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for endangering security interest. Arevalo was released the same day after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (1/2/2011) (5/12/2010)

Lorenzo Wayne Arevalo, 28, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for endangering security interest. Arevalo was released the same day after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (1/2/2011)

Stephen Guy Conner, 28, of Villa Rica was arrested and charged with giving false information to law enforcement, obstruction and open container. Conner remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $3,100 have been set.

Derrick Huggins, 31, of Cedartown was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court.

Joshua Curtis Langston, 33, of was arrested on a felony warrant issued out of Floyd County for probation violation. Langston remains in custody at the Floyd County jail at the time of this publication.

Stephen McDaniel, 40, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for child support. McDaniel remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Lacorrin Lavail Middlebrooks, 33, of Rockmart was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Middlebrooks remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/6/2011) (10/4/2009)

Theresa Elizibeth Spain, 50, of Aragon was arrested on a probation hold and released the same day.

Ricky Hugh Studdard, 48, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Studdard remains in custody at the time of this publication. Studdard must pay a $350 cash fine for release. See also (12/4/2013) (11/4/2011) (4/27/2011)
