Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Saturday January 11, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Richard Franklin Ballew, 50, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and battery. Ballew remains in custody at the time of this publication. Brittany Lea Clemons, 32, of Rome was arrested and charged with theft by taking, possession of tools used for the commission of crime, conspiracy to commit a crime, criminal attempt to commit theft and criminal trespass. Clemons was released on 1/13 after posting six property bonds totaling $15,100.

Robert Arnold Christopher, 52, of Aragon was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Christopher remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/29/2013) (3/27/2010)

Howard Dennis Coker, 33, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, failure to maintain lane, driving too fast for conditions, failure to obey stop sign and felony probation violation. Coker remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/21/2013)

Adam Carl Dabbs, 27, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Dabbs remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $1,238 cash bond has been set. See also (4/7/2013) (1/10/2013) (12/20/2012) (3/27/2012) (11/1/2011)

Michael Wayne Dawson, 36, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with theft by taking, possession of meth, possession of tools used for the commission of crime, conspiracy to commit a crime, criminal attempt to commit theft and criminal trespass. Dawson remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Jessica Elaine Edwards, 32, of Lindale was arrested and charged with shoplifting. Edwards was released the same day after posting an $800 property bond.

Brandon James Johnson, 28, of Rockmart was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $2,600 property bond has been set.

Bradley Keith Myers, 28, of Rome was arrested and charged with theft by taking, conspiracy to commit a crime, criminal attempt to commit theft, criminal trespass, giving false information, possession of tools used for the commission of a crime and felony probation violation. Jonathan Nicholas Reed, 30, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation. Reed remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/27/2012)
