Listed below is the Polk County arrest report for Wednesday January 1, 2014. The report includes a complete list of arrests, information regarding prior arrests, bonding information and available inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links within each list to view the complete prior arrests report. Links to arrests prior to 2009 will not be included.

Gary Wayne Coggins, 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with public drunk. Coggins was released on 1/3 after posting a 4135 cash bond. See also (12/14/2012) (9/18/2011) (11/23/2009)

Jason Lance Glenn, 31, of Cedartown was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Glenn remains in custody at the time of this publication. David Wayne Jones Jr., 32, of Cedartown was arrested in Floyd County on two counts felony probation violation.

Angela Ledet, 27, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. Ledet was released on 1/2 after posting a $3,100 property bond.

Tony Lamont Monroe, 40, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Monroe remains in custody with bond denied at the time of this publication. See also (4/1/2013)

Christopher Lee Owens, 29, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation. Owens remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/17/2013) (5/21/2013)

Carlos Perez, 26, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with DUI, driving while unlicensed, failure to maintain lane and open container. Perez remains in custody at the time of this publication. Four property bonds totaling $4,530 have been set.

John Robert Pingry, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with reckless conduct. Pingry was released on 1/2 after posting a $3,100 property bond. See also (3/24/2010)

Jessi Lee Puckett, 23, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Puckett was released on 1/2 after posting a $300 property bond. See also (1/9/2013) (6/16/2012) (11/15/2011) (9/2/2010) (7/29/2009)

Donovan Scott Rickman, 27, of Dallas was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA), third degree cruelty to children and criminal trespass. Rickman remains in custody at the time of this publication. Property bonds totaling $6,725 have been set.

A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.
