Listed below is the report for Sunday Jan. 6, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Isiah Jarod Allen, 29, of Villa Rica was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Boatner on a warrant out of Carroll County.
Gregory Todd Calhoun, 46, of Cedartown was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with theft by shoplifting. Calhoun was released on 1/7 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (6/4/2012)
Douglas Garcia-Rodriquez, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer O'Neal and charged with driving unlicensed. Garcia-Rodriguez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Ulyssie Alief Fletcher, 39, of Douglasville was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Riley and charged with driving on a suspended license and speeding. Fletcher was released the same day after bonding out through the Aragon Police Department.
Alvaro Vinicio Gonzalez, 26, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer O'Neal and charged with driving while unlicensed. Gonzalez was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Clinton Ladell Haynes , 52, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputies Williams and Eason on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Haynes remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Rodriso Martinez, 22, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Stroup on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Martinez was released the same day. See also (11/18/2011) (ten arrested in narcotics raid)
Kevin Richard Mullinax, 26, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Chandler on a warrant out of Douglas County.
James Gary Paris Jr., 44, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Boatner and charged with aggravated stalking under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Paris remains in custody with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (7/28/2012) (5/30/2012) (5/24/2010)
Nicholas Lee Scroggs, 20, of Acworth was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck and charged with DUI under 21, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and tail light violation. Scroggs was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (3/5/2010)
Frances Deanna Tidwell, 27, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputies Eason and Williams on two warrants for failure to appear. Tidwell was released on 1/7 after paying two cash fines totaling $30. See also (10/1/2012) (6/9/2011)
Jose Lucas Vail, 32, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police and charged with driving while unlicensed. Vail was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Judy Ann Waller, 54, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Jones on a hold for Pickens County.
