Listed below is the report for Saturday Jan. 5, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Joshua Lee Barnes, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with resisting arrest, fleeing or attempting to elude, laying drag, improper turn, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving on a suspended license and failure to signal when turning. Barnes was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. See also (11/29/2009)
Cayse Edward Booth, 25, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Borders on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of failure to obey an officer directing traffic. Booth remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Candice Nicole Chastain, 23, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Boatner and charged with false report of a crime. Chastain remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $205.50 cash bond has been set. See also (8/15/2012) (10/22/2010)
Keith Clinton Coburn, 36, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support. Coburn remains in custody at the time of this publication. Anna Marie Cunningham, 38, of Oxford, Ala., was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Martin and charged with DUI-alcohol, failure to drive within single lane and driving without a license. Cunningham remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $3,172 have been set.
Lorn Dejuan Hutchinson, 41, of Palm Bay, Fla. was arrested by Rockmart Police Oficer Walters and charged with begging. Hutchinson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (arrest details)
Jimmy Jess Ingram, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with three counts of financial transaction card fraud and one count of financial card theft. Martin Puga, 20, of Roswell was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's Deputy Chandler on a warrant for endangering security interest. Puga remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Detraio Lamar Stocks, 27, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with DUI and head lights required at certain times. Stocks was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (8/2/2010) (11/5/2009)
