Listed below is the report for Friday Jan. 4, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Vincent Tyrone Cole, 52, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with theft by shoplifting. Cole remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (12/12/2011)

Gregory Lyle Epperson, 46, of Rockmart was arrested by Aragon police and charged with driving on a suspended license (third offense), no insurance, improper tag and remove or affix plate to comceal identification. David Perez Everado, 27, of Cave Spring was arrested by Polk County police and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding. Everado was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $1,640. See also (5/28/2011)

Ferlando Jose Floyd, 40, of Rome was arrested by Polk County deputies on warrants for failure to appear in probate court and probation violation. Floyd remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (2/10/2012)

Darcy Christine Fox, 37, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with DUI, expired tag and failure to stop at stop sign. Fox remains in custody at the time of this publication..

Thaddeus Lamon Jackson of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with theft by shoplifting. Jackson was released on 1/4 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (10/22/2009) (shoplifter arrested after leaving store) (8/8/2009)

Jerome Joiner, 42, of Carrollton was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with DUI, open container in vehicle, failure to yield entering roadway and driving within median. Joiner was released on 1/6 after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department.

Kadee Shauille Jones,19, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County deputies on a hold for Paulding County on a warrant for failure to appear. See also (5/14/2012)

Jose Nicolas Raxon-Xalin, 31, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with driving while unlicensed and no turn signal. Raxon-Xalin was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $3,360. See also (2/26/2010)

Corey Matthew Townsend, 32, of Lindale was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in superior court. Townsend remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/19/2010) (9/24/2009)

Marcus Leroy Young, 43, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County police and charged with terroristic threats and acts and public drunkenness Young remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $6,100 have been set. See also (10/3/2012) (9/16/2012)
