The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Tiffany Lynn Boozer, 25, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Boozer was released on 1/29 on a $1.100 OT bond.

Michael Thomas Corkery, 30, of Haines City Fla., was arrested by Polk County Deputy Price on warrant for deposit account fraud. Corkery remains in custody at the time of this publication. Jamie Jeanine Forrister, 33, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Smith and Wood and charged with possession of meth, possession of schedule IV drug and possession of tools for the commission of crime. Jason Lance Glenn, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Smith and Wood and charged with possession of meth and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Robert Keith Hamilton of Rockmart was sentenced to serve 60 days in lieu of fine. See also (12/18/2010)

Madison Tiara Marshall, 35, of Summerville was arrested by Polk County Deputy Williams on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. Marshall remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/22/2012)

Kevin Maurice Robertson, 33, of Pelham was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Anderson and charged with giving false name and date of birth. Robertson remains in custody at the time of this publication.

Joel Dale Sisson, 29, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Deputy Price and charged with two counts battery, second degree cruelty to children, criminal trespass and a bench warrant issued by Cedartown Police Department. Donnie Lee Spradlen Jr., 31, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Martin and charged while driving on a suspended license. Spradlen was released on 1/29 after posting a $1,610 property bond.

David Eugene Turner, 40, of Decatur was arrested by Polk County Deputy Swift on a warrant for felony failure to appear in superior court. Turner remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/25/2009)

Albert Ladale Ware Jr., 25, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Ware remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (8/5/2012) (6/17/2012) (6/4/2010)

William Wayne Welchel, 24, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Smith and Wood and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools used for the commission of crime. Kary Donnell Wofford, 49, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Sharp on a warrant for Clayton County for driving on a suspended license. Wofford was released to Clayton County Authorities and remains in the Clayton County jail at the time of this publication. A property bond in the amount of $20,000 and $2,200 in fees have been set.
