The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Andrew Tyler Ayers, 18, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with affray. Ayers was released on 1/27 after posting a $1,100 property bond.

Robin Stacey Campbell, 34, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Campbell remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/12/2012) (12/15/2011)

James Phillip Henry, 33, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies and charged with three counts of theft by deception. Henry was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $3,300. See also (4/3/2011) (8/24/2011)

Kimberly L. Henry, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with three counts of theft by shoplifting. Henry was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $3,300.

Dusky Irby, 20, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County police and charged with affray. Irby was released on 1/28 after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (5/7/2012)

Timothy Lamar Jackson, 20, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County deputies and charged with battery (FVA), criminal trespass (FVA), theft by taking, third degree cruelty to children, two counts felony aggravated assault, battery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and two counts failure to appear. Dillon Austin Maiden, 20, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for probation violation. Maiden remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/4/2012) (3/21/2011) (11/11/2009)

John Seabolt, 43, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown police and charged with disorderly conduct. Seabolt was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Maria Segura, 25, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police and charged with driving under the influence. Segura was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.

Nancy Lee Taylor, 54, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County deputies on a warrant for deposit account fraud. Taylor was released the same day after paying $346.80 cash settlement.

Richard Clayton Wallace Jr., 22, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Sheriff's deputies on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Wallace remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (7/24/2012) (7/28/2011)

Kristi Lynn Womack, 44, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart police and charged with theft by shoplifting, theft by deception and fourth degree forgery. Womack was released the same day after posting three property bonds totaling $5,100.
