Daniel Wade Bethune, 34, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch on a hold for Hiram PD. Bethune remains in custody at the Paulding County Detention Center at the time of this publication.
Billy Joe Carroll, 46, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Breeden and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to stop for stop sign. Joseph Henry Johnson III, 58, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Offices Short and McClendon and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Johnson was released the same day after posting two property bonds totaling $2,100. see also (3/19/2012)
Keundra Lashun Johnson, 22, of Rome was sentenced in Cedartown municipal court to serve sentence days or pay $150 to Intertech. Johnson remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (11/23/2012) (8/2/2012)
Melvin Deray Kent Jr., 41, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Breeden on a warrant out of Fulton County for criminal trespass. Kent remains in custody with at the Fulton County jail with no bond set at the time of this publication. See also (3/31/2012) (10/25/2010)
Stacey Lanor Sisson, 36, of Cedartown is serving weekends in jail per sentence agreement. See also (1/13/2012)
Cassie Brooke Summerville, 22, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters on a warrant for failure to appear in Rockmart municipal court. Summerville remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (5/6/2012) (6/2/2010) (8/5/2009)
