Listed below is the report for Wednesday Jan. 23, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Jeramie Lee Baines, 26, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with driving while license withdrawn, no seat belt, tire requirements and a hold for Hiram Police Department. Jacob Ryan Baker, 17, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with felony theft by taking and felony theft by conversion. Baker was released on 1/25 after posting two property bonds totaling $5,000.

Rickey Van Cuzzort, 50, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Guice and charged with burglary, criminal trespass and failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Cuzzort remains in custody with no bond at the time of this publication. See also (arrest details) (6/29/2012)

Stephanie Kenna Dozier, 20, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Lynch and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. Dozier remains in custody at the time of this publication. A $5,100 property bond has been set.

Lucas Eugene Miller, 18, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police School Resource Officer Hite and charged with possession of marijuana on school campus, possession of alcohol on school campus and possession of drug related objects. Miller was released on 1/24 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,100. See also (arrest details)

Jesse Dillon Rogers, 30, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer McBride and charged with driving on a suspended license, windshield requirements and no brake light. Rogers remains in custody at the time of this publication. Three property bonds totaling $1,910 have been set. See also (1/6/2011)

Nicholas Lee Scroggs, 20, of Aragon was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Wright and charged with felony theft by receiving stolen property. Scroggs was released on 1/24 after posting a $2,600 property bond. See also (1/6/2013) (3/5/2010)

Albert Edward Sorrells, 47, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Yarbrough and charged with public drunk and loitering. Jeffery Wayne Waddell, 26, of Rockmart was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Robinson on a warrant for felony probation violation. Waddell was released the same day per probation. See also (2/24/2012) (10/18/2011) (8/7/2009)
